2. If there’s any issue, you can return it on the spot.
3. No complaints will be accepted after the delivery person leaves.

🔄 Return / Exchange Eligibility

You can request a replacement, return, or refund within 48 hours of delivery if you face any of the following issues:

1. You received a different product or size
2. The product is defective, damaged, or counterfeit
3. The product is unused and unopened

📦 Return / Exchange Conditions

1. You can return products by paying only the delivery charge.
2. The tags, original packaging, and product condition must remain intact.
3. Used or damaged products will not be accepted for return.

🚚 Delivery & Return Cost

1. If you return the product at the time of delivery, no extra charge will apply.
2. For exchanges after delivery, the courier cost must be borne by the customer.

4. Discounted or promotional items
5. Used or damaged hijabs/khimars
6. Custom or pre-order products

💰 Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following situations:

1. You made advance payment, but the product is out of stock or not shipped
2. The product is different, defective, damaged, or counterfeit
3. The product is unused and intact

⏱ Expected Refund Time

1. For delivered parcels: Refunds are usually processed within 10–15 business days after we receive the returned product.
2. For undelivered parcels: Refunds are usually processed within 2–3 business days if the above issues occur.
